Proposed development
The proposed Pusu Namogo training centre
Status: Proposed development seeking funding and implementation support.
Ndemaleckah Foundation is working towards a permanent vocational training centre at Pusu Namogo in Talensi District, Upper East Region. Community land has been made available for the development, providing a base for the Foundation’s longer-term vision for practical learning and livelihoods.

The wider vision
A staged vision for skills and livelihoods
A permanent centre would provide a more suitable setting for sewing and related vocational learning. The wider vision includes a modest childcare facility to help reduce a practical barrier faced by mothers, and a small office for programme coordination.
Later development may include additional vocational skills such as welding, plumbing, carpentry and milling, together with livelihood activities such as shea processing. These are future development intentions and should not be understood as services already operating at the site.
